You can drop me a line most days from 9 till 5 and I can normally schedule appointments between 9am and 2pm. Since I do work from home though and have 2 boys I may be distracted outside of school hours or during school holidays but I am pretty flexible!
During the day you should be able to catch me by either phone or mobile but an email is also a great way to contact me (even after a phone call) as we have that record of communication.
